At ROEN, we strive for perfection in every silhouette, but we understand that sometimes a piece isn't the perfect fit. We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn garments in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our studio.
